The Greene County Department of Job and Family Services wore purple in recognition of Elder Abuse Awareness Month and to raise awareness of the issues related to the abuse, neglect, and exploitation of older Ohioans. The agency investigates more than 250 referrals each year. Anyone can report elder abuse by calling 1-855-OHIO-APS (1-855-644-6277).
