Joe W. Cochran, 35122 Wolford Road, Xenia, entered a guilty plea to speed in a commercial vehicle. He was fined $75 and court costs and received two points on his driver’s license.


Dec. 17


Christopher L. Robinson, 840 Chestnut Street, Xenia, was found guilty of domestic violence by threats. He was fined $250 and court costs and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 25 suspended, credit for five on condition of no further violations within five years and successful completion of a probation program.


Lewis D. Hatton, 1350 Feldman Avenue, Beavercreek, entered a guilty plea to a charge of speed. He was fined $50 and court costs and received two points on his driver’s license.


James R. Carlson, 416 Signal Free Drive, Centerville, entered a guilty plea to Speed in a 25 MPH Zone. He was fined $50 and court costs and received two points on his driver’s license.


Dec. 18


Griffin J. Jankowski, 1107 Berryhill Road, Bellbrook, was found guilty of failure to yield the right of way while turning left. He was fined $50 and court costs and received two points on his driver’s license.


Natalie B. Hovan, 4185 Jasper Road, Jamestown, was found guilty of assured clear distance. She was fined $50 and court costs and received two points on her driver’s license.


Douglas A. Collins, 2119 Vemco Drive, Bellbrook, was found guilty of a tag/sticker violation. He was fined $50 and court costs.


Alexander D. Berryman, 1821 Highlander Drive, Xenia, was found guilty of overtaking/pass to the right. He was fined $50 and costs and received two points on his driver’s license.


Alma A. Brown, 1902 Vermont, Xenia, was found guilty of a charge of reasonable control. She was fined $50 and court costs and received two points on her driver’s license.
