Adrian Wesley Jantzi, 107 South River Street, Maytown, Penn., entered a guilty plea to a charge of Speed (41/25). He was fined $50 and court costs and received two points on his driver’s license.


Dec. 11


Carol Stoner, 88 High Street, Clifton, entered a guilty plea to Speed (72/55) and was fined $50 and court costs. She also received two points on her driver’s license.


Alec Caleb Smith, 2431 Periwinkle Drive, Bellbrook, was found guilty to a charge of Reasonable Control. He was fined $50 and court costs and received two points on his driver’s license.


Nickolas C. Elam, 490 Brook Boulevard, Wilmington, was found guilty of Reasonable Control and was fined $50 and court costs and received two points on his driver’s license.


Clifford Shumaker, 2036 Polen Drive, Dayton, entered a guilty plea to a charge of Speed (57/45). He was fined $50 and court costs and received two points on his driver’s license.


Dru Hunsaker, 1205 Settlers Bay Court, Bellbrook, was found guilty to a charge of Assured Clear Distance. She was fined $50 and court costs and received two points on her driver’s license.

Samuel Kuper, 2820 Chesney Court, Centerville, entered a guilty plea to a charge of Speed (44/25 ). He was fined $50 and court costs and received two points on his driver’s license.


Megan W. Chomic, 2090 Marcia Drive, Bellbrook, entered a guilty plea to a charge of Speed. She was fined $50 and court costs and received two points on her driver’s license.


Dec. 13


Jeremy D. Webb, 50 West Maple, Bellbrook, was found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was fined $75 and court costs.


Jerri F. Grooms, 1052 North Detroit Street, Xenia, was found guilty of Failure to Yield from a Stop or Yield Sign and was fined $50 and court costs. She also received two points on her driver’s license.
