BEAVERCREEK — The Beavercreek Historical Society is once again having their Heritage Day 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13 at Wartinger Park, 3080 Kemp Road. Admission is free. Activities include: Old-Fashioned Activities for Children, a general store selling candy for all ages, tours of log cabins and houses, an herb garden, local artisans demonstrating and selling items, old-fashioned food, pies and cookies, live music all day co-sponsored by Soin Medical Center.
There will be a plant sale by Greene County Master Gardeners 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and a presentation on a Beavercreek Founding Family, Jacob Coy, displays by the Beavercreek Wetlands, Greene County Parks and Recreation and Ohio Certified Naturalist Service.
