FAIRBORN — Two suspects were arrested after a witness saw them leaving a neighbor’s house that had just been broken into.
Fairborn police were dispatched to 1341 Highview Drive at 8:14 a.m. April 7. A concerned witness reported seeing two male subjects walking from the house and found that someone had forced entry into the home, police said.
Patrol officers located two male subjects, who matched the suspicious persons description, several blocks from the victims’ home. Paul Douglas Dunaway, 25, and Samuel J. Browning, 24, of Fairborn, were arrested. When they were taken into custody officers located stolen property identified by the home owner, police said.
Dunaway and Browning have both been formally charged with third-degree felony burglary. They are currently being held in the Fairborn Jail.
