KETTERING — Pamela Ann Rowley of Kettering and David Anthony Strobhar of Kettering announce their engagement and upcoming wedding ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Michael B. and Marilyn D. Jacobs of Xenia. The future groom’s parents are the late Fracis E. and Margaret R. Strobhar.
The ceremony is set to take place 6:30 p.m. May 8 at The Cincinnati Nature Center.
